Wuhan Institute of Building Materials two contracted projects successfully passed the performance assessment and completion handover

Wuhan Building Material industry Design & Research Institute Co.. Ltd. has successfully completed and handed over the Zhong Jiachong limestone aggregate production line project for Hubei Chu Xin Mining Co., Ltd., a joint investment between a Hubei state-owned enterprise and Zhejiang Communications Investment Group. With an annual capacity of 9.8 million tons and a 24-year mining lifespan, the project features innovative "321" process technology (3-stage screening, 2-stage crushing, and 1-stage vertical shaft/roller sand-making) utilizing imported core equipment, along with DCS-controlled automated systems that ensure integrated, intelligent operation and stable product quality.

Wuhan Building Material industry Design & Research Institute Co.. Ltd. has successfully commissioned and handed over the SCR denitrification project for Jiangxi Ya Dong's No.4 kiln, which passed all performance tests. Located at Jiangxi Ya Dong Cement Co., Ltd., this project adds a new mid-temperature, mid-dust SCR flue gas denitrification system to work in series with the existing SNCR system, along with an intelligent ammonia injection control system. Despite limited renovation space, WBMD utilized 3D modeling to recreate the plant layout and optimize the flow field design, making full use of available space. The completed system achieves NOX emissions below 50mg/Nm3, ammonia slip under 5mg/Nm3, and ammonia consumption less than 2.5kg/t.clinker, significantly improving ammonia reaction efficiency while reducing usage and emissions.

The successful completion of this project, along with the previously delivered Zhongjiachong aggregate production line, demonstrates Wuhan Building Material industry Design & Research Institute Co..
