Recently, Mr. Hu Yeming, President of Sinoma EC, and his entourage went to the two overseas BOOT power station subsidiaries (the Philippine and Cebu subsidiaries) to inspect and guide the work. During the visit, Mr. Hu Yeming and his entourage visited the CEMEX Group's Philippine headquarter.

Mr. Arturo, Vice President of Operations of CEMEX Group's Philippine headquarter, welcomed and thanked Mr. Hu Yeming and his entourage, and affirmed the two power stations contracted by Sinoma EC. Mr. Hu Yeming, on behalf of Sinoma EC, expressed appreciation to CEMEX Philippine headquarter for its strong support to the Cebu subsidiary in the construction of APO project.The two sides expressed their high recognition of the operation and the operation team of the Philippine subsidiary for the Solid project over the past five years.

At the Philippine subsidiary, Mr. Hu Yeming and his entourage carried out safety inspections and production and operation status inspections at the site of the power station. They comforted the front-line employees of the power station, listened to the work report of Mr. Miao Yumin, station manager, and asked the staff representatives to put forward some opinions and suggestions on the operation of the power station. Mr. Hu Yeming and Mr. Ji Minhai, the general manager of Contract Energy Management Business Unit, and Mr. Miao Yumin, discussed the opinions and suggestions collected in a timely manner, listed the solutions, and asked the Contract Energy Management Business Unit and the Philippine subsidiary to solve the existing difficulties and problems in a timely manner.

At the Cebu subsidiary, Mr. Hu Yeming and his entourage inspected project site safety management, construction quality management, and project progress. Mr. Zhang Fei, project manager, made a special report on the progress of the project, and Mr. Li Honghai, station manager, reported on the handling of the formalities prior to power generation. Mr. Hu Yeming expressed satisfaction with the overall progress of the project and expressed regards to the staff of the project department and front-line workers.
