On the morning of November 28, Sinoma Energy Conservation (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma EC Wuhan") and CBMI Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CBMI") signed in Beijing the investment cooperation agreement on the annual output of 5 million square meters of calcium silicate board project in Nigeria. Mr. Zhang Qi, Chairman of Sinoma EC (hereinafter referred to as Sinoma EC), and Mr. Tong Laigou, Executive Director and General Manager of CBMI signed the investment cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held friendly talks. Mr. Tong Laigou introduced the development of CBMI and the territorial operation of the Nigerian subsidiary. He also introduced the development trend of calcium silicate board products in Nigeria, the Africa's first economy and with the largest population. He hoped that both parties could maintain the basis of good cooperation, give full play to their respective advantages, explore further in terms of technology and industrial layout, and carry out long-term and deep-level cooperation.

Mr. Zhang Qi introduced the production and operation of Sinoma EC Wuhan. He stated that in the field of new building materials business, Sinoma EC Wuhan has always adhered to the high-end, intelligent, green and international development positioning, continued to improve the professional service capabilities of the new building materials industry, and focused on creating new leading R&D center and production base in the building materials industry. We must not only grow bigger and stronger in the domestic building materials market, but also steadily fight in the foreign building materials market. The development goals of the two sides are highly consistent. In the future, we must continue to strengthen cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and jointly promote the sustainable development of calcium silicate boards in Nigeria.
