On September 19th, 2011, accompanied by Sinoma-EC’s party secretary Liu Xide and marketing manager of Gaowen, a delegation formed by Sinoma Group’s outside directors Yang Yuzhong and Zhang Lailiang, Vice President Zhang Hai, Office Director Fu Jinguang and other leaders, paid a visit to the WHR project for AKCANSA (referred to as "CNK") cement constructed in Turkey by Sinoma-EC.

Regardless of the fatigue from their long journey, the delegation members went straight to CNK project site for field inspections. Arriving at the site, they shook hands one-by-one with the project on-site staff, and extended to them the cordial greetings from Sinoma Group, site staffs were all moved and encouraged much by such inspirations. Party secretary of Sinoma-EC Liu Xide hosted the reporting and debriefing work of the CNK project; he first introduced the current overall development of Sinoma-EC, with a special focus on the situation of foreign market development. Project Manager Wu Sujun reported on project management, project progress, cost control, etc. CNK project is not only the first project in Turkey that has cooperation with Heidelberg, but also the company's first case of applying integrated WHR equipment to the European cement production line. CNK cement production line is equipped with 15MW waste heat generator set; lately the commissioning work has been finished successfully and the system was put into operation. Since the operation, the power generation has been stable, and generator set has been running well. Currently the system has completed the reliability test and later on performance test will be carried out.

After hearing the report, outside directors of Sinoma Group Yang Yuzhong and Zhang Lailiang gave recognitions in unison to Sinoma-EC’s energy-efficient design and equipment technical level, and highly praised the several “No.1” achieved by the company, and hoped that Sinoma-EC should make persistent efforts to continue their efforts in the international market, and strive to gain more "No.1". They said: First, the project should be made as the company's paradigm project, fine works shall be done to assured satisfaction of the owners. A fine-quality project will enlarge the effect of “word of mouth”, which could vigorously promote the company's good image; second, to make more innovations, to strengthen research on techniques, and to learn more experience in management; always keep pace with the times and follow the international trend; Third, project staffs shall seize more opportunity in overseas projects to improve their comprehensive coordinative abilities, expand their knowledge reservoir, and keep an open mind and a modest attitude to learn advanced technology for the company, so as to make a greater contribution to the Group; Fourth, ideological and cultural training is a key aspect of overseas project management, staffs at site need to establish their own culture, care for life, and keep a strong belief, and thus eventually become an international talents.Vice President of Sinoma Group Zhang Hai spoke highly of the project team member’s vibrant and confident spirit. He thought that they were a very young team; it was a very great thing that Sinoma-EC could boldly give these young people the opportunity and platform to show themselves and realize their value. He hoped the team could continue to maintain the youthful enthusiasm and the spirit of hard-working and humbleness; they shall continually enhance their capacity and morality and gain more experience to become a leader in energy saving industry.After the meeting, the delegation carried out an in-depth site inspection, they visited all the boiler sections, went into the central control room to get knowledge of the power generation situation and posed for pictures with the project staffs.

Outside Director of the Sinoma Group's inspection to the CNK project encouraged site staffs very much, they all agreed that instructions of the delegation must be borne in mind and thus continue to build more quality projects for Sinoma’s ambition in the world's energy saving industry.
